This site concerns the inception and history of Channel 19, following the termination of broadcasting on the PBS station, WGSF-TV, Channel 28/31, UHF broadcasting.

The Newark Schools Network (NSN-19) is an educational television station broadcasting 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on the Adelphia Cable System in Newark and surrounding Licking County. NSN-19 is located in the state-of-the-art Broadcast Center owned by the Newark City Schools. In addition to student and district programming, NSN-19 also airs a community bulletin board.
